Musa joined the IDDO team in November 2018 as a curator. He has over ten years of experience and training in diverse fields including public health emergencies, data management, administration, community development, education, and counselling.

Musa was a Case Management Pillar Liaison Officer at the National Ebola Response Centre (NERC) throughout the outbreak, and is currently part of the Data Management Team and the Administrative/HR Officer of the Directorate of Health Security and Emergencies (DHSE) of the Sierra Leone Ministry of Health and Sanitation.

Musa has worked at the Public Health National Emergency Operations Centre (PHNEOC) in the Ministry of Health and Sanitation since its inception, and he is the One Health Focal Person for the One Health Secretariat.

Prior to this, Musa taught in different secondary schools before joining the Ministry of Health and Sanitation.
