Dr. Nicholas J. White receives the 2010 Canada Gairdner Global Health Award

WWARN's Board Chair, Dr. Nicholas J. White, Director of Mahidol Oxford Tropical Medicine Research at Mahidol University in Bangkok and one of the world’s leading malaria experts, is being honoured in Toronto this week as winner of the 2010 Canada Gairdner Global Health Award, given to those who have made major scientific advances in the developing world.
