Clinical conduct of scheduled admission periods

Trials that require participants to be admitted to a clinical trial facility in groups for a period of days (such as trials with intensive pharmacokinetic sampling schedules, early phase trials, drug interaction trials with healthy volunteers etc.) require careful organisation to ensure that time-critical tasks such as dosing, PK blood sampling and other assessments proceed without delay. This procedure describes the process for ensuring that scheduled ward admission periods are conducted appropriately.
