Enabling data reuse to fight infectious disease
Discover More
We’re builders of research and analytical capacity in countries where poverty related infectious disease is endemic.
What we do
We enable the reuse of data to improve infectious disease treatment and control, creating standardised datasets that power new evidence and better health policy.
THE WORK THAT CREATES OUR GOLD STANDARD REPOSITORIES
Data comes in many formats, and researchers can spend hundreds of hours standardising it. We bring together data from multiple studies, curating and harmonising individual participant data (IPD) to CDISC standards recognised by international regulatory and medical bodies. The resulting datasets are freely available to not-for-profit researchers worldwide. IPD meta-analyses are the gold standard for evidence synthesis.
WHY DATA GOVERNANCE
Data governance is complex and difficult. Because we provide pseudonymised rather than fully anonymised data, our 15 years of experience have shaped robust systems that protect contributors while enabling responsible yet impactful research.
